Founded in June 2025, Centerpoint Automation, LLC, benefits from leadership with over a decade of engineering experience. This includes designing versatile machine cells for high-mix, low-volume applications, as well as processes that produce components and assemblies for precision measuring instruments.

Our mission is to glorify God by solving manufacturing challenges with excellence. Our core values upholding this mission are Virtue, Collaboration, Growth, and Accuracy.

Founder: Kyle Wissing

After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business from NC State University in 2011, Kyle went on to gain experience in machine design by working at Starrett, a major precision tool manufacturer from 2013 until 2025. He then launched Centerpoint Automation.

His diverse skill set includes CAD design in various platforms, programming of Mitsubishi, UR, and Fanuc robots, Mitsubishi PLCs, Cognex and OpenCV vision systems, Haas CNC machines, and various other capabilities.
